With over 11 years of experience in the recruiting industry and firsthand knowledge as a hiring manager, it’s my passion and genuine care for helping others succeed in their career goals that drives me to assist those who aspire for more in their careers. Having relocated from Ohio to Charlotte four years ago to become the recruiting manager of a global InfoTech company, I've immersed myself in various industries, including banking/financial consulting, staffing agency startups, and even landing a role at Amazon-AWS before finding myself in logistics.

Along the way, I've had the privilege of helping individuals from diverse backgrounds - journalists, project managers, non-profit professionals, and IT experts alike revamp their resumes, guide them during their interview process or be the go-to person with all questions relating to job searching and job landing for my friends.

Navigating the ever-changing landscape of resumes, job hunting, and interviewing can be daunting. When I'm not recruiting or revamping resumes, I love exploring what Charlotte has to offer, taking hiking trips to the Blue Ridge Mountains with friends, and participating in the occasional New Girl marathon.
